New Learning Paradigms, Development of 21st century: Skills and Teacher Education

Abstract

The New Education Policy 2020 is being implemented from 29 July 2020. NEP 2020 will bring several significant changes to the current education System. This policy is adoptedin lieu of 34 year old National Policy on Education (NPE) 1986, making this new policy the first education policy of the 21st century. It's objective is to give equal waitage to all subjects Maths, Science, art, language, Social Science. NEP 2020 is built on the foundational pillars of Equity, Quality, Equity and affordability for sustainable development. NEP 2020 aims to make both school and college education more flexible, holistic and multidisciplinary to suit needs of 21st century by nurturing unique Capabilities of each student
